The day of your jump

If when I get to the top I don't jump do I get a refund?

No - Unfortunatley, all our events are pre-booked and therefore places are limited if you fail to jump we could have filled that space with another jumper. In addition by the time you get to the top you have already gone through quite a labour intensive and costly process.


What should I wear when I do my bungee jump?

Clothing - Please dress according to the weather. Dress in comfortable, casual clothes. Skirts are not recommended!

Footwear - Please refrain from wearing boots or anything that may interfere with ankle harnesses otherwise they will have to be removed prior to jumping. Trainers and securely fastened shoes are fine.

Glasses / Contact lenses - .Unfortunatley glasses and hard contact lenses cannot be worn however soft contact lenses for jumping are allowed


Can I bring spectators?

You are welcome to bring as many spectators as you like to our events. All our events are free of charge to specators, especially our regular venues. On the rare occassion that there is acharge it will be mentioned in the event information on our bookings page and is likely to be at one off event festival or show.


What weather conditions could affect my jump?

High winds and thunderstorms are our main concerns. Although events can be cancelled during the event day please log onto www.ukbungee.com or call the office before you travel for up to date information.  Cancelling an event can be a huge inconvenience for both participants and us here at the UK Bungee Club however the safety of our jumpers and crew is paramount and we would appreicate your understanding with this.


How long will it take for me to complete my experience?

Obviously some people can take longer than others, the times below are not exact but are the maximum amount of time you should allow to complete your experience

Bungee Jump - please allow at least 2hrs on site

Triple Whammy Experience - please allow at least 3hrs on site

Awesome Foursome Experience - please allow at least 3hrs on site


I haven't received any information regarding my experience?

You should have received a booking confirmation either in the post or via email within 2 days of submitting your booking. Please check your junk mail and SPAM folders in case they have been directed there. Attached to you booking confirmation email you will find information about your experience, including the time you are required to arrive. 


Can I purchase photos, videos and merchandise of my jump?

Yes you can!

Photos, videos and merchandise (including t-shirts & hoodies) can be purchased online during the booking process, over the phone with our Customer Care Team or on the day of your jump.

If purchasing the Event Information Pack (photos, video & t-shirt) you can save yourself £5 by purchasing the Event Information Pack in advance either online or through our Customer Care Team on 0845 319 5767!
