Tips and Reminders


In order to help your day run as smoothly as possible, we have put together a few important tips and reminders to make sure you have everything you need for your upcoming event.

1. Gift Vouchers: If you have booked using a Gift Voucher, please remember to bring the voucher with you on the day of your experience. If you do not bring your voucher, we will need to take a deposit for the cost of the jump. This deposit will be refunded upon receipt of a valid gift voucher within 28 days of your jump date.

2. Arrival Time: As stated in your confirmation email, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your allocated jump time to allow enough time for registration and preparation.

3. Weather and Event Status Updates: In rare circumstances, events may need to be delayed, postponed or cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, high winds, thunderstorms, mechanical issues or other unforeseen operational reasons. We strongly recommend that you check our Event Information Page before setting off for the latest updates. Alternatively, you can call our Event Information Line on 01226 982771.

4. Please Check Before You Travel: Weather and operational conditions can change quickly. Even if your booking was confirmed previously, we strongly advise all customers to check the latest event status on the morning of their event before travelling.

5. Postponing Your Event: If you are unable to attend your event, please contact our Customer Care Team on 01226 982771 as early as possible. Depending on whether Cancellation Insurance was purchased, charges may apply to amend your booking. If you booked using a Gift Voucher, any rebooked date must fall within the voucher validity period.

6. Event Directions: Directions to your venue can be found in your Event Information Pack, accessible via your confirmation email. Alternatively, all Event Information Packs can be found here.

7. Health Warning Notice: Please ensure you read the Health Warning Notice contained within your Event Information Pack before attending. If any listed conditions apply, you may require a Doctor's Note before being permitted to jump. You can access your Event Information Pack here.
