Taking the Leap with Leapmotor: Free Branded Bungee Jumps in London!
We’re so excited to share some incredible shots from a recent bungee jumping brand event in Coram’s Fields, London, hosted on Tuesday, 24th and Wednesday, 25th of June!
Leapmotor, an innovative electric vehicle brand, approached us with a bold idea to mark their UK launch: celebrate with a free bungee experience that ties directly into their brand ethos - "Take the Leap" into the world of EVs.
Working with PR agency Performance Communications, this one-of-a-kind activation came to life with fantastic results.
The Concept:
Encouraging the public to "take the leap", both figuratively and literally, by offering free bungee jumps courtesy of Leapmotor - a fun and daring way to introduce a new EV brand to the UK market.
The Execution:
Two buzzing days of jumps, branding, and content creation. The Leapmotor team brought energy and visibility with branded t-shirts, barrier covers, and even a custom airbag wrap. A bungee jump felt like the perfect metaphor, and with a name like Leapmotor, it couldn’t have been more fitting.
The Results:
- 115+ pieces of media coverage, including print, online, and social
- A mobile bungee billboard circling central London
- Dozens of influencers sharing content
- A packed-out second day as word spread about the free jumps
The first morning was focused on capturing high-quality video and photos for a press release, while the afternoon and second day were open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Once people caught wind of the opportunity, queues formed fast.
Participants came from all over London; not just for the adrenaline, but also to check out Leapmotor’s TO3 and C10 models on-site. The TO3 is a compact city car, while the C10 offers a spacious SUV alternative. Visitors could sit in the vehicles, play social media games (like guessing the price of the TO3, which happens to be the most affordable EV on the market!), and ask questions.

This activation was a hit! Not only in execution, but in embodying the adventurous, approachable spirit of the Leapmotor brand. With positive feedback from Leapmotor HQ and standout media traction, it was a job well done for everyone involved.
