How Does Whitby Compare?

What is the best bungee jump in the UK?

Whitby’s Larpool Viaduct is widely considered one of the most spectacular UK bungee experiences thanks to its height, over-water jump, historic setting and coastal scenery. For pure height, the UK’s tallest regular jump is the 300ft crane bungee, but many jumpers pick Whitby as the most scenic and memorable.

What is the highest bungee jump in the UK?

The highest regular bungee jump in the UK is the 300ft crane bungee at selected UK Bungee Club events. Whitby Bridge is 150ft, making it the highest bridge bungee jump in the UK.

Is Whitby the most scenic bungee jump in the UK?

Yes — Whitby is widely regarded as the most scenic UK bungee, set above the River Esk with views across the harbour, coastline and the historic town.

Which bungee jump is best for beginners?

Whitby is an excellent first-time jump: stable platform, supportive instructors, clear views and a dramatic (but not overwhelming) height.

Is Whitby better than a 300ft bungee jump?

It depends what you're after. Whitby is the UK's highest bridge bungee — most scenic, historic, and over water. Our 300ft bungee jump is the UK's highest jump overall, with the longest freefall and maximum adrenaline. Many jumpers do Whitby first, then come back for 300ft.
